How to order Online
Step 1: Add items you would like to purchase to cart. 
Step 2: When ready to purchase, click on the basket icon to view your shopping cart. You can also calculate shipping costs here.
Step 3: Click the "Checkout" button, enter your shipping details or sign in, choose your delivery method, then click "continue".
Step 4: Choose your payment method, enter your billing details then click "continue".
Step 5: You will be redirected to the PayPal website. Log in to your Paypal account or Guest Checkout with your credit/debit card to make your payment. Please allow 2 working days for your order to be posted.​

How to order by Mail Order, Phone or Email

If you would like to place an order and make your payment by mail order, phone, or email , please print the customer order form, fll it out and send to us. Please complete all your contact details, the item number and payment details that you prefer. When placing your order by email, we will contact you to confirm your preferred payment option (Credit card, Cheque, Cash, Money Order, PayPal or Direct Deposit).

Cheque or money order: Make payable to: Patty Craft and Supplies and post to: PO Box 92, Churchill Ave, Braybrook, VIC, 3019, Australia.

Once you have made the direct deposit, please email the bank transfer number to us.
Please allow time for us to receive your payment (usually 1-2 days).
For security reasons we do not keep your credit card details on file.

Shipping and Postage Details

Pick up is not Available

We try to process all orders within two business days. Please allow 3-7 days for shipping for orders within Australia and 7-15 days for orders outside Australia. We post all orders with Australia Post.

We are a small business of two people with family and friend help, and we aim to meet your needs as quick as we can. When you are happy with the service and products, we are happy.

Shipping and Handling:

Combined Shipping: You can order multiple items which will be shipped together to save on the shipping costs.

Please note combined shipping only works on a per order basis. To take advantage of discounted shipping please keep all your purchases in one order.

Shipping cost when ordering large clay flowers vary depending on the item size and weight. Email us for a quote.

You can also email us with the item number you would like to order and your postcode before you place your order for a quote. We will contact you as soon as possible.

If you have not received your item after 14 days of shipping please contact us.

We will then conduct an investigation with the relevant courier to track down your parcel. This can take approximately 14 business days. Until we hear back from the courier company with the results of the investigation, we will not be able to issue a replacement item but we will act as quickly as soon as we receive the results.

You can rest assured that we do everything we can to ensure your parcel is delivered on time. However, occasionally some delays may occur from our carriers that we have absolutely no control over. In these circumstances, Patty Clay Flowers will not be liable for any delays, expenses or damages incurred.

Terms and Conditions

  • All prices are in AUD ($) and are inclusive of GST.

  • Orders are posted without an insurance and are done at the customers own risk. Request to have registered post. 

  • Returns: Credited to account if returned undamaged within 7 days with receipt of merchandise.

  • If items are out of stock, they will not be back-ordered unless requested at time of order and a refund for the item will be given.

  • Please make cheques or money orders payable to "Patty Craft and Supplies".

  • We post all orders via Australia Post.

Returns and Refunds

Please contact us prior to returning goods to us. All items are required to be returned by the recipient at their own expense. 
Upon receipt of the goods we will refund the original cost of goods through the payment type used to place the order and refund the original delivery charges and the mutually agreed return postage charges if the return is a result of our error.
No goods will be refunded unless agreed upon between the recipient and/or customer and Patty Clay Flowers.

  • Items must be returned within 7 Days.

  • Patty Clay Flowers wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not happy, simply return your purchase to: Patty Craft and Supplies, PO Box 92, Churchill Ave, Braybrook, VIC, 3019, Australia.

  • Please use the original shipping box and package protection materials to secure the product. All returns must include all original items undamaged in resell-able condition. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred in return postage. We therefore recommend that you take out shipment registration and insurance with Australia Post.
